Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, any item that shows signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Used or damaged items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items returned outside the return window
• Items not in original condition or packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Lotus Pouch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same item (size/color, if applicable), based on availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
